Once upon a time, in the Land of Earth..........
Once upon a time, in the Land of Earth, the people published the GOOD NEWS of THE GLORIOUS GOSPEL of THE LORD JESUS CHRIST by word of mouth, hand written letters and tracts. And those publishers, who Loved the Lord, did their part gladly.
Fast forward to cicca 1450 AD, the time of Gutenberg and his invention of the MOVABLE TYPE PRINTING PRESS..
.Before Gutenberg, books were either copied out by hand on scrolls and paper, and even a small book could take months to complete, or printed from hand-carved wooden blocks, each block printing a whole page, a part of a page or even individual letters. But the wood work was extremely time-consuming and the carved letters or blocks were very fragile and the susceptibility of wood to ink gave such blocks a limited lifespan. Moreover, the hand-carved letters were different. Gutenberg is generally credited with the invention of practical movable type. He made metal moulds, by the use of dies, into which he could pour hot liquid metal, in order to produce separate letters as the same shape as those written by hand. These letters were similar, more readable, and more durable than wooden blocks. Such letters could be arranged and rearranged many times as the printer wished to create different pages from the same letters. Gutenberg also introduced the use of printing press to press the type against paper. For this he used a hand press used in his times by wine industry. Ink was rolled over the raised surfaces of the hand-set letters held within a wooden frame, and the frame was then pressed against the paper. The press enabled sharp impressions on both sides of a sheet of paper and many repetitions. After a page was printed, the type could be reused for printing other pages. Gutenberg introduced his invention around 1450 *****CREDIT TO http://www.juliantrubin.com/

Ask God for a job in the same manner that you would ask your earthly father for things you want or need.
Back in December 2001, I temporally lost my driving privileges (due to sinful behavior). I had been a delivery driver until then.
I had failed to pay my automobile insurance on time. a policeman ran my license plate number and arrested me for driving without car insurance. It took about two months until I could legally drive.
During that time,I searched for non-driving work without sucess.
I had confessed my sins to God in the Name of Jesus; but, no one would give me a job. I was getting behind in my rent and I worried how I might end up because of it.
I was watching a certain TV preacher discussing a situation similar to my own. He said ... "Ask God for a job in the same manner that you would ask your earthly father for things you want or need."
And I did as he said...
I had not been in church in over a couple of months. I knew that I had to go to the next Sunday service and bring my need before the congregation asking if any one could help me find a job.
It turned out that the one of the elders of the Church worked in Baggage Claim for one of the airlines in our city. He gave the name and phone number of one of the brokers which deliver "LOST LUGGAGE" to the homes, hotels or other places of the airline customers.
I called the broker and explained my situation to him. I told I would like to work for his company; but, I had to wait two more weeks before I could drivers licence back. He said I could start work as soon as i could. That job turned out to be my favorite and best paying job than any I had before that time in my working life.
That job lasted until August 2008 when God had other plans for me..................................................................
(Philippians 4:1-7) "Therefore, my brethren dearly beloved and longed for, my joy and crown, so stand fast in the Lord, my dearly beloved. {2} I beseech Euodias, and beseech Syntyche, that they be of the same mind in the Lord. {3} And I intreat thee also, true yokefellow, help those women which laboured with me in the gospel, with Clement also, and with other my fellowlabourers, whose names are in the book of life. {4} Rejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice. {5} Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand. {6} Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. {7} And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus."
Jehovah's Witness stunned at irrefutable verses that prove Jesus is God!
Published on Jan 29, 2017
Please Tell Me The Truth Ministries was able to share several verses with a JW that prove Jesus is God.
We have added in text to the video to help you share the biblical Jesus with others.
Note: During the conversation, I mentioned how the JW must use the KJV Bible when reading John 8:58.
I say this not because I only use the KJV Bible, but because the Watchtower has actually changed John 8:58 (and several other verses) to suit their theology. So, since the KJV Bible is one of the versions used by JW's, I encouraged her to use that version. For more info on the cults, please visit http://pleasetellmethetruth.org/2017/...
(John 20:26-29) "¶ And after eight days again his disciples were within, and Thomas with them: then came Jesus, the doors being shut, and stood in the midst, and said, Peace be unto you. {27} Then saith he to Thomas, Reach hither thy finger, and behold my hands; and reach hither thy hand, and thrust it into my side: and be not faithless, but believing. {28} And Thomas answered and said unto him, My Lord and my God. {29} Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed."
(John 2:18-22) "¶ Then answered the Jews and said unto him, What sign shewest thou unto us, seeing that thou doest these things? {19} Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up. {20} Then said the Jews, Forty and six years was this temple in building, and wilt thou rear it up in three days? {21} But he spake of the temple of his body. {22} When therefore he was risen from the dead, his disciples remembered that he had said this unto them; and they believed the scripture, and the word which Jesus had said."
(John 9:35-38) "Jesus heard that they had cast him out; and when he had found him, he said unto him, Dost thou believe on the Son of God? {36} He answered and said, Who is he, Lord, that I might believe on him? {37} And Jesus said unto him, Thou hast both seen him, and it is he that talketh with thee. {38} And he said, Lord, I believe. And he worshipped him."
(Isaiah 9:6-7) "For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. {7} Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this."
(John 8:56-59) "Your father Abraham rejoiced to see my day: and he saw it, and was glad. {57} Then said the Jews unto him, Thou art not yet fifty years old, and hast thou seen Abraham? {58} Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am. {59} Then took they up stones to cast at him: but Jesus hid himself, and went out of the temple, going through the midst of them, and so passed by."
(John 10:25-33) "Jesus answered them, I told you, and ye believed not: the works that I do in my Father’s name, they bear witness of me. {26} But ye believe not, because ye are not of my sheep, as I said unto you. {27} My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: {28} And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. {29} My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father’s hand. {30} I and my Father are one. {31} Then the Jews took up stones again to stone him. {32} Jesus answered them, Many good works have I shewed you from my Father; for which of those works do ye stone me? {33} The Jews answered him, saying, For a good work we stone thee not; but for blasphemy; and because that thou, being a man, makest thyself God."

Freemasonry and Secret Societies by Michael Hoggard

(Isaiah 65:17-25) "¶ For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind. {18} But be ye glad and rejoice for ever in that which I create: for, behold, I create Jerusalem a rejoicing, and her people a joy. {19} And I will rejoice in Jerusalem, and joy in my people: and the voice of weeping shall be no more heard in her, nor the voice of crying. {20} There shall be no more thence an infant of days, nor an old man that hath not filled his days: for the child shall die an hundred years old; but the sinner being an hundred years old shall be accursed. {21} And they shall build houses, and inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, and eat the fruit of them. {22} They shall not build, and another inhabit; they shall not plant, and another eat: for as the days of a tree are the days of my people, and mine elect shall long enjoy the work of their hands. {23} They shall not labour in vain, nor bring forth for trouble; for they are the seed of the blessed of the LORD, and their offspring with them. {24} And it shall come to pass, that before they call, I will answer; and while they are yet speaking, I will hear. {25} The wolf and the lamb shall feed together, and the lion shall eat straw like the bullock: and dust shall be the serpent’s meat. They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain, saith the LORD."
Victory Ahead William Grum, 1905
- When the hosts of Israel, led by God,
Round the walls of Jericho softly trod,
Trusting in the Lord, they felt the conqu’ror’s tread,
By faith they saw the victory ahead.- Refrain:
Victory ahead! Victory ahead!
Through the blood of Jesus, victory ahead;
Trusting in the Lord, I hear the conqu’ror’s tread,
By faith I see the victory ahead!
- Refrain:
- David with a shepherd’s sling and five stones,
Met the giant on the field all alone,
Trusting in the Lord, he knew what God had said,
By faith he saw the victory ahead. - Daniel prayed unto the Lord thrice each day,
Then unto the lion’s den led the way,
Trusting in the Lord, he did not fear or dread,
By faith he saw the victory ahead. - Often with the carnal mind I was tried,
Asking for deliverance oft I cried,
Trusting in the Lord, I reckoned I was dead,
By faith I saw the victory ahead. - When like those who’ve gone before to that land,
By death’s river cold and dark I shall stand;
Trusting in the Lord, I will not fear or dread,
By faith I see the victory ahead.
I have heard of thee by the hearing of the ear: but now mine eye seeth thee. {6} Wherefore I abhor myself, and repent in dust and ashes.
(Job 42:1-8) "Then Job answered the LORD, and said, {2} I know that thou canst do every thing, and that no thought can be withholden from thee. {3} Who is he that hideth counsel without knowledge? therefore have I uttered that I understood not; things too wonderful for me, which I knew not. {4} Hear, I beseech thee, and I will speak: I will demand of thee, and declare thou unto me. {5} I have heard of thee by the hearing of the ear: but now mine eye seeth thee. {6} Wherefore I abhor myself, and repent in dust and ashes. {7} ¶ And it was so, that after the LORD had spoken these words unto Job, the LORD said to Eliphaz the Temanite, My wrath is kindled against thee, and against thy two friends: for ye have not spoken of me the thing that is right, as my servant Job hath. {8} Therefore take unto you now seven bullocks and seven rams, and go to my servant Job, and offer up for yourselves a burnt offering; and my servant Job shall pray for you: for him will I accept: lest I deal with you after your folly, in that ye have not spoken of me the thing which is right, like my servant Job."

For the First Time, Researchers Can Genetically Modify Human Embryos
FUTURISM.COM The UK has given researchers at the Francis Crick Institute permission to edit the genes of early-stage human embryos. This is huge news, not only in genetics and biology fields, but for science as a whole. No other researcher has ever been granted permission to perform gene editing on viable human embryos before.
(Genesis 2:16-17) "And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat: {17} But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die."

SHADOW GOV’T: PRESIDENT TRUMP MUST PURGE HIS ADMINISTRATION OF ALL OBAMA APPOINTEES TO STOP LEAKS
A number of his advisers believe Obama officials are behind the leaks and are seeking to undermine his presidency, with just the latest example coming from reports that Attorney General Jeff Sessions met twice last year with the Russian ambassador to the U.S. and apparently misled senators about the interactions during his confirmation hearing.

An End to Aging: Can Science Allow Humans to To Become Immortal?
(Genesis 3:4-5) "And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die: {5} For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil."

(Revelation 20:15) "And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire."
(Psalms 14:1-3) "The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good. {2} The LORD looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, and seek God. {3} They are all gone aside, they are all together become filthy: there is none that doeth good, no, not one."
(Psalms 53:1-3) "The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. Corrupt are they, and have done abominable iniquity: there is none that doeth good. {2} God looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, that did seek God. {3} Every one of them is gone back: they are altogether become filthy; there is none that doeth good, no, not one."
(Psalms 9:13-17) "Have mercy upon me, O LORD; consider my trouble which I suffer of them that hate me, thou that liftest me up from the gates of death: {14} That I may shew forth all thy praise in the gates of the daughter of Zion: I will rejoice in thy salvation. {15} The heathen are sunk down in the pit that they made: in the net which they hid is their own foot taken. {16} The LORD is known by the judgment which he executeth: the wicked is snared in the work of his own hands. Higgaion. Selah. {17} The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God."
(Mark 9:38-50) "¶ And John answered him, saying, Master, we saw one casting out devils in thy name, and he followeth not us: and we forbad him, because he followeth not us. {39} But Jesus said, Forbid him not: for there is no man which shall do a miracle in my name, that can lightly speak evil of me. {40} For he that is not against us is on our part. {41} For whosoever shall give you a cup of water to drink in my name, because ye belong to Christ, verily I say unto you, he shall not lose his reward. {42} And whosoever shall offend one of these little ones that believe in me, it is better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he were cast into the sea. {43} And if thy hand offend thee, cut it off: it is better for thee to enter into life maimed, than having two hands to go into hell, into the fire that never shall be quenched: {44} Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched. {45} And if thy foot offend thee, cut it off: it is better for thee to enter halt into life, than having two feet to be cast into hell, into the fire that never shall be quenched: {46} Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched. {47} And if thine eye offend thee, pluck it out: it is better for thee to enter into the kingdom of God with one eye, than having two eyes to be cast into hell fire: {48} Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched. {49} For every one shall be salted with fire, and every sacrifice shall be salted with salt. {50} Salt is good: but if the salt have lost his saltness, wherewith will ye season it? Have salt in yourselves, and have peace one with another."
(Luke 16:19-31) "¶ There was a certain rich man, which was clothed in purple and fine linen, and fared sumptuously every day: {20} And there was a certain beggar named Lazarus, which was laid at his gate, full of sores, {21} And desiring to be fed with the crumbs which fell from the rich man’s table: moreover the dogs came and licked his sores. {22} And it came to pass, that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels into Abraham’s bosom: the rich man also died, and was buried; {23} And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom. {24} And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame. {25} But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted, and thou art tormented. {26} And beside all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed: so that they which would pass from hence to you cannot; neither can they pass to us, that would come from thence. {27} Then he said, I pray thee therefore, father, that thou wouldest send him to my father’s house: {28} For I have five brethren; that he may testify unto them, lest they also come into this place of torment. {29} Abraham saith unto him, They have Moses and the prophets; let them hear them. {30} And he said, Nay, father Abraham: but if one went unto them from the dead, they will repent. {31} And he said unto him, If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead."(John 3:1-36) "There was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews: {2} The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him. {3} Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. {4} Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother’s womb, and be born? {5} Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. {6} That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. {7} Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again. {8} The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit. {9} Nicodemus answered and said unto him, How can these things be? {10} Jesus answered and said unto him, Art thou a master of Israel, and knowest not these things? {11} Verily, verily, I say unto thee, We speak that we do know, and testify that we have seen; and ye receive not our witness. {12} If I have told you earthly things, and ye believe not, how shall ye believe, if I tell you of heavenly things? {13} And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven. {14} ¶ And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up: {15} That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life. {16} ¶ For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. {17} For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. {18} ¶ He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. {19} And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. {20} For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. {21} But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God. {22} ¶ After these things came Jesus and his disciples into the land of Judæa; and there he tarried with them, and baptized. {23} ¶ And John also was baptizing in Ænon near to Salim, because there was much water there: and they came, and were baptized. {24} For John was not yet cast into prison. {25} ¶ Then there arose a question between some of John’s disciples and the Jews about purifying. {26} And they came unto John, and said unto him, Rabbi, he that was with thee beyond Jordan, to whom thou barest witness, behold, the same baptizeth, and all men come to him. {27} John answered and said, A man can receive nothing, except it be given him from heaven. {28} Ye yourselves bear me witness, that I said, I am not the Christ, but that I am sent before him. {29} He that hath the bride is the bridegroom: but the friend of the bridegroom, which standeth and heareth him, rejoiceth greatly because of the bridegroom’s voice: this my joy therefore is fulfilled. {30} He must increase, but I must decrease. {31} He that cometh from above is above all: he that is of the earth is earthly, and speaketh of the earth: he that cometh from heaven is above all. {32} And what he hath seen and heard, that he testifieth; and no man receiveth his testimony. {33} He that hath received his testimony hath set to his seal that God is true. {34} For he whom God hath sent speaketh the words of God: for God giveth not the Spirit by measure unto him. {35} The Father loveth the Son, and hath given all things into his hand. {36} He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him."

A very serious day is coming, a day referred to as "the evil day", "the fiery trial", a day when judgment truly begins at the house of God first

...Christ our Passover is sacrificed for us. 1 Corinthians 5:7
(Exodus
12:1-30)
"And the
LORD spake
unto Moses and Aaron the land of Egypt, saying, {2}
This
month shall
be unto
you the beginning of months: it shall
be the
first month of the year to you.
{3} ¶
Speak ye unto all the congregation of Israel, saying,
In the tenth
day
of this month
they shall take to them every man a lamb,
according to the house of their
fathers, a lamb for an house:
{4} And
if the household be too little for the lamb, let him and his
neighbour next unto his house take it
according to the number of the
souls; every man according to his eating shall make your count for
the lamb. {5}
Your lamb shall be without
blemish, a male of the first year: ye shall take it
out from the sheep, or from
the goats:
{6}
And
ye shall keep it up until the fourteenth
day
of the same month: and the whole assembly of the congregation of
Israel shall kill it in the evening.
{7}
And
they shall take of the blood, and strike it
on the two side posts and on the upper door post of the houses,
wherein they shall eat it.
{8} And
they shall eat the flesh in that night, roast with fire, and
unleavened bread; and
with bitter herbs
they shall eat it. {9}
Eat not of it raw, nor sodden
at all with water, but roast with
fire; his head with his legs,
and with the purtenance thereof. {10}
And ye
shall
let nothing of it remain until the morning; and that which remaineth
of it until the morning ye shall burn with fire. {11}
¶ And thus shall ye eat it;
with your
loins girded, your shoes on your feet, and your staff in your hand;
and ye shall eat it in haste: it
is
the LORD’S passover. {12}
For
I will pass through the land of Egypt this night, and will smite all
the firstborn in the land of Egypt, both man and beast; and against
all the gods of Egypt I will execute judgment: I am
the
LORD.
{
13}
And
the blood shall be to you for a token upon the houses where ye are:
and when I see the blood, I will pass over you, and the plague shall
not be upon you to destroy you,
when I smite the land of Egypt.
{14}
And this day shall be unto you
for a memorial; and ye shall keep it a feast to the LORD
throughout your generations;
ye shall keep it a feast by an ordinance for ever.
{15}
Seven days shall ye eat unleavened bread; even the first day ye shall
put away leaven out of your houses: for whosoever eateth leavened
bread from the first day until the seventh day, that soul shall be
cut off from Israel. {16}
And in the first day there
shall be an holy
convocation, and in the seventh day there shall be an holy
convocation to you; no manner of work shall be done in them, save
that
which every man must eat, that only may be done of you. {17}
And ye shall observe the
feast of unleavened
bread; for in this selfsame day have I brought your armies out of the
land of Egypt: therefore shall ye observe this day in your
generations by an ordinance for ever. {18}
¶ In the first month,
on the fourteenth day of the month at even, ye shall eat unleavened
bread, until the one and twentieth day of the month at even. {19}
Seven days shall there be no leaven found in your houses: for
whosoever eateth that which is leavened, even that soul shall be cut
off from the congregation of Israel, whether he be a stranger, or
born in the land. {20}
Ye shall eat nothing leavened; in all your habitations shall ye eat
unleavened bread. {21}
¶ Then
Moses called for all the elders of Israel, and said unto them, Draw
out and take you a lamb according to your families, and kill the
passover. {22} And ye shall take a bunch of hyssop, and dip it
in the blood that is
in the bason, and strike the lintel and the two side posts with the
blood that is
in the bason; and none of you shall go out at the door of his house
until the morning. {23} For the LORD
will pass through to smite the Egyptians; and when he seeth the blood
upon the lintel, and on the two side posts, the LORD
will pass over the door, and will not suffer the destroyer to come in
unto your houses to smite you.
{24}
And ye shall observe this thing for an ordinance to thee and to thy
sons for ever. {25}
And it shall come to pass, when ye be come to the land which the LORD
will give you, according as he hath promised, that ye shall keep this
service. {26}
And it shall come to pass, when your children shall say unto you,
What mean ye by this service? {27} That ye shall say, It is
the sacrifice of the LORD’S
passover, who passed over the houses of the children of Israel in
Egypt, when he smote the Egyptians, and delivered our houses.
And the people bowed the head and worshipped. {28}
And the children of Israel went away, and did as the LORD
had commanded Moses and Aaron, so did they. {29}
¶ And
it came to pass, that at midnight the LORD
smote all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, from the firstborn of
Pharaoh that sat on his throne unto the firstborn of the captive that
was
in the dungeon; and all the firstborn of cattle.
{30}
And Pharaoh rose up in the night, he, and all his servants, and all
the Egyptians; and there was a great cry in Egypt; for there
was not a house
where there was
not one dead."
(Genesis
22:1-14) "And
it came to pass after these things, that God did tempt Abraham, and
said unto him, Abraham: and he said, Behold, here
I am.
{2}
And he said, Take now thy son, thine only son
Isaac, whom thou lovest, and get thee into the land of Moriah; and
offer him there for a burnt offering upon one of the mountains which
I will tell thee of. {3}
¶ And Abraham rose up early in the morning, and saddled his ass, and
took two of his young men with him, and Isaac his son, and clave the
wood for the burnt offering, and rose up, and went unto the place of
which God had told him. {4}
Then on the third day Abraham lifted up his eyes, and saw the place
afar off. {5}
And Abraham said unto his young men, Abide ye here with the ass; and
I and the lad will go yonder and worship, and come again to you. {6}
And Abraham took the wood of the burnt offering, and laid it
upon Isaac his son; and he took the fire in his hand, and a knife;
and they went both of them together. {7}
And Isaac spake unto Abraham his father, and said, My father: and he
said, Here am
I, my son. And he said, Behold the fire and the wood: but where is
the lamb for a burnt offering? {8}
And Abraham said, My son, God will provide himself a lamb for a burnt
offering: so they went both of them together. {9}
And they came to the place which God had told him of; and Abraham
built an altar there, and laid the wood in order, and bound Isaac his
son, and laid him on the altar upon the wood. {10}
And Abraham stretched forth his hand, and took the knife to slay his
son. {11}
And the angel of the LORD
called unto him out of heaven, and said, Abraham, Abraham: and he
said, Here am
I. {12}
And he said, Lay not thine hand upon the lad, neither do thou any
thing unto him: for now I know that thou fearest God, seeing thou
hast not withheld thy son, thine only son
from me. {13}
And Abraham lifted up his eyes, and looked, and behold behind him
a ram caught in a thicket by his horns: and Abraham went and took the
ram, and offered him up for a burnt offering in the stead of his son.
{14}
And Abraham called the name of that place Jehovah–jireh: as it is
said to
this day, In the mount of the LORD
it shall be seen."
| (John 1:29) "¶ The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world."
(Acts
8:29-35) "Then
the Spirit said unto Philip, Go near, and join thyself to this
chariot. {30}
And Philip ran thither to him,
and heard him read the prophet Esaias, and said, Understandest thou
what thou readest? {31}
And he said, How can I, except
some man should guide me? And he desired Philip that he would come up
and sit with him. {32}
The place of the scripture
which he read was this, He was led as a sheep to the slaughter; and
like a lamb dumb before his shearer, so opened he not his mouth: {33}
In his humiliation his
judgment was taken away: and who shall declare his generation? for
his life is taken from the earth. {34}
And the eunuch answered
Philip, and said, I pray thee, of whom speaketh the prophet this? of
himself, or of some other man? {35}
Then Philip opened his mouth,
and began at the same scripture, and preached unto him Jesus."
(1 Peter
1:18-21) "Forasmuch
as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as
silver and gold, from your
vain conversation received
by tradition from your
fathers; {19}
But with the precious blood of
Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot: {20}
Who verily was foreordained
before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last
times for you, {21}
Who by him do believe in God,
that raised him up from the dead, and gave him glory; that your faith
and hope might be in God."
(Revelation
5:1-14) "And I
saw in the right hand of him that sat on the throne a book written
within and on the backside, sealed with seven seals. {2}
And I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice, Who is worthy
to open the book, and to loose the seals thereof? {3}
And no man in heaven, nor in earth, neither under the earth, was able
to open the book, neither to look thereon. {4}
And I wept much, because no man was found worthy to open and to read
the book, neither to look thereon. {5}
And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of
the tribe of Juda, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the
book, and to loose the seven seals thereof. {6}
And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four
beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been
slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits
of God sent forth into all the earth. {7}
And he came and took the book out of the right hand of him that sat
upon the throne. {8}
And when he had taken the book, the four beasts and four and
twenty elders fell down before the Lamb, having every one of them
harps, and golden vials full of odours, which are the prayers of
saints. {9}
And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book,
and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed
us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people,
and nation; {10}
And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign
on the earth. {11}
And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the
throne and the beasts and the elders: and the number of them was ten
thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands; {12}
Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to
receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and
glory, and blessing. {13}
And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under
the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them,
heard I saying, Blessing, and honour, and glory, and power, be
unto him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and
ever. {14}
And the four beasts said, Amen. And the four and
twenty elders fell down and worshipped him that liveth for ever and
ever."
(Revelation
7:9-17) "After
this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number,
of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before
the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms
in their hands; {10}
And cried with a loud voice,
saying, Salvation to our God which sitteth upon the throne, and unto
the Lamb. {11}
And all the angels stood round
about the throne, and about
the elders and the four
beasts, and fell before the throne on their faces, and worshipped
God, {12}
Saying, Amen: Blessing, and
glory, and wisdom, and thanksgiving, and honour, and power, and
might, be
unto our God for ever and
ever. Amen. {13}
And one of the elders
answered, saying unto me, What are these which are arrayed in white
robes? and whence came they? {14}
And I said unto him, Sir, thou
knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great
tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the
blood of the Lamb. {15}
Therefore are they before the
throne of God, and serve him day and night in his temple: and he that
sitteth on the throne shall dwell among them. {16}
They shall hunger no more,
neither thirst any more; neither shall the sun light on them, nor any
heat. {17}
For the Lamb which is in the
midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living
fountains of waters: and God shall wipe away all tears from their
eyes."
(Revelation
22:1-21) "And
he shewed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal,
proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb. {2}
In the midst of the street of
it, and on either side of the river, was
there the tree of
life, which bare twelve manner
of fruits, and
yielded her fruit every month:
and the leaves of the tree were
for the healing of the
nations. {3}
And there shall be no more
curse: but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his
servants shall serve him: {4}
And they shall see his face;
and his name shall
be in their
foreheads. {5}
And there shall be no night
there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the
Lord God giveth them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever.
{6} And
he said unto me, These sayings are
faithful and true: and the
Lord God of the holy prophets sent his angel to shew unto his
servants the things which must shortly be done. {7}
Behold,
I come quickly: blessed is
he
that keepeth the sayings of the prophecy of this book.
{8} And
I John saw these things, and heard them.
And when I had heard and seen, I fell down to worship before the feet
of the angel which shewed me these things. {9}
Then saith he unto me, See
thou do it
not: for I am thy
fellowservant, and of thy brethren the prophets, and of them which
keep the sayings of this book: worship God. {10}
And he saith unto me, Seal not
the sayings of the prophecy of this book: for the time is at hand.
{11} He
that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let
him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous
still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still. {12}
And,
behold, I come quickly; and my reward is
with
me, to give every man according as his work shall be.
{13} I
am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the
last. {14}
Blessed are
they that do his commandments,
that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in
through the gates into the city. {15}
For without are
dogs, and sorcerers, and
whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and
maketh a lie. {16}
I Jesus
have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the
churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and
the
bright and morning star. {17}
And the Spirit and the bride
say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is
athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life
freely. {18}
For I testify unto every man
that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall
add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are
written in this book: {19}
And if any man shall take away
from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his
part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from
the things which are written
in this book. {20}
He which testifieth these
things saith, Surely
I come quickly. Amen.
Even so, come, Lord Jesus. {21}
The grace of our Lord Jesus
Christ be
with you all. Amen."
